Thatcher Barrett, THMS and CASS alumnus and current BAHS freshman, is the featured artist at the Belfast Library Kramer Gallery for the month of November. The exhibit, organized by the BFL Young Adult Library Specialist Crystal Vaccaro and RSU 71 Extended Learning Program Art Enrichment instructor Kathleen Gass, features Mr Barrett's highly detailed pen and ink drawings created over this past year. A recent piece, a self-portrait, was accomplished under the guidance of his current BAHS art instructor, Ms. Baker. Thatcher expressed appreciation for all that he is learning in her class.
