The National Science Foundation has funded the Maine Center for Research in STEM Education initiative to explore how engaging students in coastal research projects can:
- Help students build data literacy and career competency
- Aid local policy and planning.
The $1.35 million award will involve multiple RSU71 schools over a 4 year period. Other Maine schools will also be involved with the project.
